He was predeceased by: his father Ron Johnson; and his sister Natalie Barton. He is survived by: his mother Janet Evans; his daughters, Kasandra L. Faulkner (Raymond) of Everett, Charlet R. Johnson of Everett and Miranda C. Johnson of Everett; his stepmother Barb Johnson; his girlfriend Pam; his stepdaughter Erika Dicken (Jon); his grandchildren, Dean and Raeha Faulkner; his stepgranddaughter Graceyn Dicken; his siblings, Timm Johnson and Kathie McClellan; and his adoptive parents, Zach, Morgan and Adam Johnson-Forquer.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in Ted's name can be made to the Everett Fire Company No. 1 or the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
