She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Houck and Margaret Houck; her former husband Lester Smith; her siblings, Richard, Ronald, LaDonna Facchinei and Audrey Snare; her siblings-in-law, Linda Houck, Patricia Houck, Dennis Grace, Clement Facchinei, Elvin Snare, George Woomer and Al Scellini; and her spouses, Paul Smith, Allen, DorothySmith, Betty and James Helsel.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Smith (Annette) of Springfield, VA, Bernard Smith of Langdondale, PA, Margaret Edwards (Carl) of Roaring Spring, PA, Barbara Webb (Brian) of Hollidaysburg, PA and Warren Smith (Michele) of Altoona, PA.; her grandchildren, Derek, Leah, Colin Smith, Glen, Marie Webb, Audrey Edwards and Tabitha Smith; her siblings, Ruth Grace of Everett, PA, Eugina Woomer of Riddlesburg, PA, Peggy Kelly (Dick), Sylvia Sacratini of Robertsdale, PA, Bonita Houck, Donald Houck (Mary Lou) of Hancock, MD and Shelby Black (Donald); and her sister-in-law Deanie Smith of Carlisle, PA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
