She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry N. Hanks and Elizabeth M. Hanks (Garlick); her husband Bernard W. Shaw; and her siblings, Harold, Vera, Galen, Wayne, Thelma and Harry.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Shaw of Fairbanks, AK, Donna Wertz (Eugene), Delma Waltemire (Randy), Deanna Morse (Kenny), Darcy Foor (late Kevin) and Dale B. Shaw (Lisa). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren.
If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made in memory of Shirley to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
