He is survived by: his parents, Rodney Harper and Debra Harper (Beatty); his wife Samantha Hockenbury; his children, Ryan S. Harper and Megan K. Harper; his sister Tracey Davis (Justin) of Martinsburg, PA; his parents-in-law, Ray and Diane Hockenbury; his sister-in-law Stacy Cottle (Jake); and his aunts, Cynthia and Susan Harper.
