We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2024, at the age of 82, Sandra Joyce Hartman of Everett, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John S. Smyers and Fern A. Smyers (Snyder). She is survived by: her daughter Shari (Jerry Ritchey) of Roaring Spring, PA; her husband Randy Rice of Everett, PA; her grandsons, Brendan Ritchey (Dani) of Bel Air, MD, Jarrett Ritchey of Houston, TX and Austin Smith of Everett, PA; her great grandchildren, Evelyn and Gwenyth Ritchey; and her siblings, Jo Ann Pepple and Richard Smyers.
