She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Raymond and Zetta Mae Cleveland (Hewitt); and her brother John Cleveland. She is survived by: her fiancé Walter L. Greenawalt; her daughter Tammy Phillips (Walter); her grandchildren, Taylor Fogle, Edith Phillips and Trenton Phillips; her sister Zetta Ruth Mayes; and her sister-in-law JoDene Cleveland. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
