He is survived by: his daughters, Carla Foor (Jonathan Donelson) of Everett and Robin Foor of Hanover; his grandchildren, Jacob King of Chester, VA, Blake Small (Brittany Carpenter) of Lake Ariel, PA, Dustin Small (Sarah Mafnas) of Dover, PA, Megann Comstock (Chris) of Portsmouth, VA and Casey Small of Hanover, PA; his great grandchild Eleanor Small; his brother Donald Foor (Mary) of Everett; and his caregivers, Stacy, Krista and Debbie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
