He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall D. Clingerman and Allie Clingerman (Robison); and his siblings, Charles Clingerman, Arlene Brantner and John Clingerman.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Clingerman (Brown); his daughters, Tamala Clingerman of Artemas, PA, Tarina Sipes (Timothy Sipes) of Everett, PA and Tracie Akers (Todd Akers) of Clearville, PA.; his grandchildren, Marshal, Mariah (Ben Daniels), Madaline Tewell, Allie, Addicen Sipes, Mahlon, Macen and Malex Akers; and his sisters, Thelma Diehl and Wanda Lee Pierro.
