She was predeceased by: her father Barthalomew Ronald Kurtz. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Lucille Kurtz (Brooks) of Altoona; and her siblings, Cynthia Swope (Charles), Johnathan Kurtz (Debbie) and Nathanial Kurtz (Leah). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
