He is survived by: his children, Dawn Hite (David) and Robert L Brugger (Indra); his brothers, John Brugger, Sr. (Ruth) and Joseph Brubaker (Brenda); his stepsisters, Debbie Hevener, Linda Reese and Tina Gehman; and his grandchildren, Robert Young, Jr., Travis Young, Brent Young, Devin Young, David Hite, Jr., Alexandria Brugger, Wesley Brugger, Robert Brugger, Jr., Lily Brugger and Hailey Brugger. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
