He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Lee Stanley, Sr. and Mary Pearl Stanley (McGraw); his wife Ruby Dolores Stanley (Brown); and his siblings, Edwin Stanley, Oscar Stanley, Jr., Glenn Stanley, Jean Ritchey, Dorothy Garland and Mary Koontz.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Ray Stanley, Everett, Kerry John Stanley of Hagerstown, MD, Kendra Pearl Ott and Kristen Jane Morinelli (Patrick) of Marriottsville, MD; and his grandchildren, Casey Ott, Makenna Ott, Kyra Morinelli and Maggie Morinelli.
