He was predeceased by: his parents, Aulbie Huggins and Margaret Huggins; and his brothers, Neil and Louis Huggins. He is survived by: his close friend Randy Price; his sister Stephanie Huggins; and his close friends, Rick and Buffy Foor (family: Jackie, Jill Foor). He is also survived by family, Jackie and Jill Foor and family, two aunts, and many loving cousins, nieces, nephews.
