She was predeceased by: her parents, S. Dale Pepple and Lena P. Pepple (Smith); her husband Richard F. Mellott; and her siblings, Robert Dean Pepple, Darrell Pepple, Donald Pepple and L. Marcine Norris.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy L. (Harry E. Cook) of Everett, Richard E. Mellott of Everett and Troy A. Mellott of Everett; her grandchildren, Shane Cook, Sierra Gonzalez, Christopher Mellott, Lois Mellott, Lena Mellott, Kirstin Mellott, Tylar Mellott and Trenten Mellott; her siblings, William Pepple (Joyce), Shelvy (Victor Woy), Dale "Dick" Pepple (Nancy) and Linda (Richard Brallier); and her sisters-in-law, Delores Pepple, Janice Pepple and Betty Pepple. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
