He was predeceased by: his mother Linda R. Mills. He is survived by: his father Alton D. Mills (Phyllis Price); his wife Cara Koontz Mills; his son Jordan S. Mills (Aubrey); his sister Melissa Anderson (Troy); his sister-in-law Kelly Waugerman (Scott); his nephews, Brody Anderson and Reece Waugerman; and his pet Maggie Mae. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
