He is survived by: his former wife Edna Miller; his daughters, Becky Esser (Brian) of Jessup, MD, Barbara Mills (Bob Elbin) of Clearville, PA and Margaret Horton (Jesse) of Everett, PA; his grandchildren, Thomas DelGrosso, Charles DelGrosso, James Beatley, Jacob Horton and Olivia Horton; his great grandchildren, Carly DelGrosso, Savanah DelGrosso and Jacob Walton; and his brother Raymond Mills.
