He is survived by: his children, Jamie (Brian Rhodes) of Michigan, Garett Horton of Michigan, Chloe Horton of Maryland and Kilee Horton of Maryland; his siblings, Sonya Miller (Tom), Wanda Beegle (Joe), Marcia Rickabaugh (Jerry) and William Horton III; and his grandchildren, Gavin and Kimber Rhodes.
