He is survived by: his children, Galen Ake of Sugar Land, TX and Janey Decenzo of Denver, NC.; his sisters, Linda Koontz (Mike) of New Enterprise and Vicki Imler (Steve) of Everett; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Chase, Madi and Galen. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
