He was predeceased by: his parents, Obed F. Moyer and Annie R. Moyer (Feaster); and his siblings, Pauline Moyer, Bernie Moyer, Orville Moyer and Eugene Moyer.
He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Moyer (Moses); his children, Michele Moyer, Janelle Moyer, Sharon Moyer and SSgt Beth Basinger (TSgt Stephen); his grandchildren, Trey, Jase and Layla; and his siblings, Beulah Lepley, Edna Votral (John), Connie Clark (Graffious) and Junior Moyer.
