He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl William and Lola S. Carroll (Lodge); and his brother Randy Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Carroll (Fluke); his daughter Angela Marie Carroll of Altoona; his siblings, William, Earl Carroll (Carolyn), Gary Carroll (Marlene Clark) of Everett, PA, Stanley Carroll (Theresa), Cincinnati and John Carroll (Janet); and his grandchildren, Julian and Jaydan.
