He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilary Roberts and Ruth Roberts (Howsare); and his spouse Ruthanna Roberts (Kagarise). He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey A. Roberts (Wendy) of Hayward, CA and Brenda S. Bloom of Everett; and his grandsons, Wayne M. Bloom (Alyssa) of Slippery Rock, PA and Kaleb Notestine.
In keeping with Floyd's wishes in addition to Covid-19, the family has chosen a private service.
