She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard C. Hinish and Fern K. Hinish (O'Neal); and her husband Floyd W. Shaw. She is survived by: her children, Donald Ritchey (Lynn), Christina Wright (Ritchey) of Altoona, PA and Michael Ritchey (Diane); her stepchildren, Vickie (Rick Brown), Diane Nicholas, Patty Shaw, Debora (Denton Clark), Kenneth Shaw (late Debra), Cindy (Steve Bennett) and Dennis Shaw (Virginia); her brothers, Donald (Ann), John Hinish (Hon) and Howard Hinish, Jr. (Pam); and her grandchildren, Jeremy Ritchey, Jenelle Chaney, Ashley Endress and Nicholas Brown. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Akers Funeral Home (299 Raystown Rd, Everett, PA 15537). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
