He was predeceased by: his parents, Elliott Etter and Peggy Etter (O'Donnell). He is survived by: his fiancée Kay Wiles; his sons, Jesse (Jodi) and Jeremy (Kimberly); and his brother Tracy (Linda Etter) of Mechanicsburg. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandson.
