She was predeceased by: her parents, William Roy and Fleeda Catherine Potts (Hudson); her husband Darrel William Chamberlain; and her sister Wanda Chilcote. She is survived by: her children, Rick Chamberlain (Bonnie) of Breezewood, Debra Chamberlain (Robert Sipes, Jr.) of Everett, Darrel Chamberlain, Jr. of Breezewood and Lori Chamberlain (Scott Bassler) of Woodbury; her grandchildren, Lacey Chamberlain, Christopher Chamberlain (Alexis Bryant), Bobby Sipes (Tiffany), McKenna Sipes (Kyle Frankenberry), Dakota Foor, Dylan Foor, Delayne Foor (Josh Frankenberry), Harlee Chamberlain, Dalton Harr and Austin Harr; her great grandchildren, Lillian Chamberlain, Chase Chamberlain, Elizabeth Smithmyer, Rylan Murdock, Brody Gelvin, Creo Chamberlain, Wyatt Frankenberry, Caylee Mae Frankenberry, Westin Frankenberry and Gannon Frankenberry; and her sister Fay Wetherell (Dennis).
