With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Belva L. Karns of Everett, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Belva left this world on December 25, 2024 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman "Barney" Barnes and Anna Barnes (Diehl); her spouse Arden F. "Biscuit" Karns; and her siblings, Granville "Tude" Barnes, Rodger Barnes, Randolph "Doodle" Barnes, James Barnes and Vicky Phillips.
She is survived by: her sons, Linford A. Karns (Karen), Everett and Mark F. Karns (Melanie); her grandson Patrick Williams (Lindsay); her great grandchildren, Royce and Sterling; and her siblings, Roxanna Price, Wayne Barnes (Joan), William Barnes and Patsy Barns.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Akers Funeral Home (299 Raystown Rd, Everett, PA 15537). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made in memory of Belva to the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Everett.
