She was predeceased by: her parents, Parson David Otto and Mildred Marie Otto (Whitnack); and her brothers, Paul, Parson D Otto Jr. and William Albert Swartz.
She is survived by: her stepfather Harry Bruce Otto; her children, Karen Bender (Edward Bender) of Dagsboro, DE, Thomas Swartz (Cheryl) of Carlisle, PA and Stephen Swartz (Sharon) of Everett, PA.; her grandchildren, Dustin Swartz (Kristi) of Gaithersburg Md, Jason Swartz (Melissa) of Carlisle, PA, Amanda Swartz Meek of Carlisle, Derrick Bender (Lee) of Flemington, NJ, Kimberly Bender Noll (Joseph) of Southampton, PA, Adrienne Swartz of Everett, PA and Nathan Swartz (Stasha) of Frederick, MD.; her great grandchildren, Brady, Rachel Swartz, Hunter, Aiden, Carson Swartz, Morgan Meek, Dylan, Molly, Makenzie Bender, Teagan, Trey Noll, Adriana Smith and Kayana Swartz (Austin Carson); and her granddaughter Emersyn Carson.
