He was predeceased by: his former wife Gail Mills (Marcia); his siblings, Joice Sponsler and Steven Mills; and his stepdaughter Robin Lundquist. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Mills; his brother Paul; his children, Perry (Susie), Mike (Carol), Troy (Jan), Brian (Tammy), Kenny (Jen), Tracey, Mel (James), Polly (Jim) and Becky (Kevin); and his stepdaughters, Jill (Gene), Nancy and Joni. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
