He is survived by: his children, Joyce Dakin (Brian), Richard Burgard (Terri) of Evans City, Randy Burgard (Lysa) of Pittsburgh and John Burgard of Evans City; his grandchildren, Matthew Leasher (Erin), Erin Grubbs (Dave), Todd Burgard (Sherry), Melanie Provost, Jacob Burgard and Karli Burgard; his stepgranddaughter Theresa Sirotic; and his siblings, Eileen Best, Caroline Young (Carl) of Michigan, David Burgard (Charlotte) and Leo (Linda). He is also survived by 23 Greatgrandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren.
