With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Norman Long of Evans City, Pennsylvania, born in Petrolia, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 2, 2024 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leighton Long and Gladys Flatness Long; and his siblings, Thomas Long and Yvonne Struble. He is survived by: his wife Linda Larkin Long; his son Jeffrey D. Long; and his grandchildren, Jill A. Matter (Robert), Jan B. Craig, Camryn, Emily Craig, Bobby and Julie Matter.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Dick's honor to the Mission Fund at Grace Church of Harmony.
