Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Richard James Ripper of Evans City, Pennsylvania, born in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 53, on April 29, 2023. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Tracy Ripper Ray and George "Randy" Ripper. He is survived by: his parents, George K. Ripper and Patricia L. Burkett Ripper of Evans City; and his siblings, Gregory "Ronald" Ripper of Pittsburgh and Shelly Ripper of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

“I just heard the heartbreaking news. Rich was always so sweet, upbeat and funny. he brightened any room and everyone enjoyed his company. myself included. Please accept my deepest condolences at this very difficult and sad time. His many friends and all that knew him are devastated by this. Rest in peace Rich. Gone way too soon. He popped into my head just 2 days ago. for no reason. i even said his nickname out loud,,,i called him rippidy. the world was a better place with him in it.”
