He was predeceased by: his father John A. Kosinski; and his brother Richard Kosinski. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ellen Knauf Kosinski; his daughter Megan Rae Beal (Jacob) of Wilmington, NC; his sister Carol Mesalic (AJ) of Las Vegas, NV; and his grandson Gavin Beal.
