With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen L. Haefner of Evans City, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 16, 2022 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard D. Creedon and Lois E Creedon; and her sister Marce Mizerak. She is survived by: her children, Kristen McAlpine (Ken), Jason Haefner (Mallory) and Justin Haefner (Amber); her grandchildren, Kyle, Kelsey, Aiden, Sophie Ann, Izzy and Ellie; her siblings, Bernie D. Creedon, Jr., Thomas J. Creedon (Tina) and Kathleen D. Creedon; and her nephews, Dylan, Zach and Cole Creedon.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Karen's honor to a charity of the donor's choice.
