We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2023, at the age of 81, James L. Barkley of Evans City, Pennsylvania, born in Prospect, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Barkley and Margaret Flinner Barkley. He is survived by: his wife Carol Kuhns Barkley of Evans City; his sons, John Barkley (Wendy) of Evans City, Mark Barkley (Janine) of Zelienople and Tim Barkley (Michelle) of Evans City; his grandchildren, Sam (Madelynn), Liam, Sarah, Grant, Luke (Jessie Dressler), Joel, Olivia and Alexis; his great grandchildren, Cole, Chase, Carter and Chloe; and his sister Kay Thiebaud (Dan) of Zelienople.
