She was predeceased by: her husband Paul R. "Spike" McElhinny; her daughter Alena Carney; her stepson Paul McElhinny Jr.; and her siblings, Charles Jr., George, Mike, Johnnie, Frank, Harry, Mary Peruzzi, Julia McCoy and Nancy Bonnie.
She is survived by: her children, Eric Carney (Diane) of Cordova, Michael Carney (Donna) of Elizabeth Twp, Karen Carney of Pittsburgh and Deborah Carney of Youngstown, OH; her stepdaughters, Ann Dino (Salvatore) of Canonsburg, Joyce Pascuzzi (Regis) of Baden and Beth McElhinny of Evans City; her grandchildren, Monica Carney of Cordova, Luke Berkopec (Traci) of Gibsonia, Taylor Stewart (Patrick) of Washington, Allison Allegre (Brad) of Washington, Lydia Berkopec of Evans City, Hayley Dino, Bethany (Andrew) and Patrick Pascuzzi of Baden; her great grandchildren, Alexis Petronsky, Olivia, Jacob Berkopec and Parker Stewart; and her brothers, Steve Habay of Fox Chapel and Joseph Habay of South Lyon.
