She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Solters and Amy O'Halek Solters; the father of her children Donald Glies; and her sister Joanne Meyer. She is survived by: her children, Jennie Mancuso (Kirk) and Robert Glies (Caroline Shaffer); her grandchildren, Noah, Hunter, Owen, Robert, Jack, Luke and Jenna; and her brothers, John Solters (Pat Pagburn), Joseph Solters (Rhonda), Steven Solters (Norma) and James Solters. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Given Gerry's seven year career as a dialysis patient, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her honor to the National Kidney Foundation (https://www.kidney.org).
