He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Polite and Elizabeth Polite; his brother Joseph Polite; and his grandson Ryan Michael Kuntz. He is survived by: his wife Carol Joyce Fisher; his children, Paula Purvis (Sam), Pam Smith (William), Donna Robinson (John) and Michael Eugene Polite (Sheryl); and his sister Doris Thiebaud. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and many nephews and nieces.
