He was predeceased by: his father Eugene G. Buchholz. He is survived by: his mother Bernetta Hubstenberger Buchholz of Valencia; his pets, Tess and Milli; his wife Kelli Dunn Buchholz; his siblings, Elaine Smeltzer (Tom) of Cranberry Twp, Kenneth Buchholz of Zelienople and Donald Buchholz (Deborah) of Mars; his mother-in-law Noreen Dunn of Zelienople; his brother-in-law Frank Dunn Jr. of Fenelton; his nephew Ken Jr.; and his niece Hannah Murtland (Brandon). He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.

The family has suggested memorial donations be made to the Butler Co. Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Rd., Renfrew, PA 16053.
