She is survived by: her family, John Barkley (Wendy) of Evans City, Mark Barkley (Janine) of Zelienople and Tim Barkley (Michelle) of Evans City; her grandchildren, Sam Barkley (Madelynn), Sarah Barkley, Grant Barkley, Luke Barkley, Joel Barkley, Olivia Barkley, Alexis Barkley and Liam Barkley; and her great grandchildren, Cole, Chase, Carter and Chloe.

Donations may be made in Carol's memory to the Ladies Ministry at Hillcrest Baptist Church. Please send donations to 771 Mercer Road, Butler, PA 16001.
