He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bowers and Ruth Bowers (Hoopes) of Year's Eve; and his wife Joy Ann Bowers (Lutz). He is survived by: his children, David P. Bowers, Cheryl Kinney (Scott) of Mechanicsburg and Steven Bowers (Rumina) of Berlin, MD; his grandchildren, Nathan Kinney (Hillary), Jimmy Bowers (Emilee), Brian Kinney (Marisa), Jenny Berju (Jordan), Logan Bowers-Flannery and Raya Bowers; his great grandchildren, Addison, Hadley, Sadie and Palmer Kinney; and his siblings, Robert, Earl, Richard Bowers and Brenda Love.
