She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald W. Vogel; her parents, Harry Boeltz and Hilda Boeltz (Brickner); and her sister Beth Meixner. She is survived by: her children, Amy Raugh (Christopher) and Mark Vogel (Karen); and her granddaughters, Haley and Grace (Matt). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to "Salem Shares Food Bank" at her church.
