Sharon Klecha Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sharon Klecha of Essington, Pennsylvania, born in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 1, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Sharon may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sharon touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Laica and Anna Mae Laica (Wunder); her brother John Laica; and her nephew Alberto Bhoge. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Klecha; her daughter Laura (Chas Campbell); her sister-in-law Donna Laica; her nephew Stephen Laica (Katrina); and her niece Heather Bhoge.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. George Catholic Church (22 E Cooke Ave, Glenolden, PA 19036). A Mass was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Sharon's honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
