He was predeceased by: his wife Diane C. "Suze" McMullen. He is survived by: his children, Jillian D. Mireider (Jeffrey) and Allison S. Monaghan (Jack); his grandchildren, Alexis, Addison of Avery, L. J. and Jack-Jack; his siblings-in-law, David Cook (late Sally), Charles Cook (Joan), Wayne Cook and Sandra Robinson (Herb); his sister Linda LaMarr; and his friend Kellie Ferris. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
