With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick S. O'Neill of Essington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 6, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Bernard J. O'Neill; and his siblings, Danny O'Neill, Lori O'Neill and Lawrence J. O'Neill. He is survived by: his mother Delores R. O'Neill; his children, Tatum O'Neill, Erica O'Neill, Patrick O'Neill, Jr. (Robin) and Kathleen O'Neill (Stephen); his grandchildren, Nate, Nico, Gia, Keilani, Erica, Corionna, Brea, Nolan, Abigail, Aurora, Penelope, Breanna, Kaylee and Ryder; his great grandchildren, Auria, Jax, Matteo and Giovanni; and his siblings, Susan Johnston (Butch), Bernard John O'Neill (Linda), Franny O'Neill, Joseph O'Neill, Margaret O'Neill, Maureen Bradley (Turk), Kitty O'Neill and Stevie O'Neill (Jason). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Gabriel Church (233 Mohawk Ave, Norwood, PA 19074). A Mass was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Meet Inside the Main Gate of the Cemetery (626 Baily Rd, Yeadon, PA 19050).
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations towards Funeral Expenses.
