She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Rensel (Albert) of Lake City, Elizabeth Irwin of Broadview Hts, Tammy Perrin (Herman) of West Lake and Melissa Straitwell of Erie; her sister Jean Moorhead; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Kenny (Jonathan), Andrew T. Irwin and Carolyn A. Klein.
