She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Leonard Stefik and Marilyn Stefik (Byerly); her sister Susan Skoff; her former husband Keith Puza; and her nephews, Brian Foster and Patrick Foster.
She is survived by: her brother Lenny Stefik (Lisa) of Apalachin, NY; her brother-in-law Arthur Skoff of Tarentum, PA; her nephews, Ryan Stefik and Jason Stefik; her niece Megan Petro (Mike); her great-niece Eva; her nephew Lucas Petro; her cousin Chris Stafford (Pamela); and her close friend Carol Miller.
