He is survived by: his wife Linda Shade; his children, Kimberly Keltner (Christine Keltner), Laura Mealy of Meadville, PA, Kenneth R. Keltner (David Keltner) and Carl Mealy of Meadville, PA; and his siblings, Amy Tedesco of Youngstown, OH, Jim Kelter of Saegertown, PA and Gary Keltner of Cherry Valley, OH.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
