He was predeceased by: his father Richard C. Dean; and his brother Richard A. Dean. He is survived by: his mother Lurley C. Dean (Campbell); his son Trenten James Dean; his siblings, Deanna Koziol, Debora Dean, Robert C. Dean (Jaime), Wendy Dean, Heather Berry (Daniel) and James C. Dean (Lisa); and his cousins, Joshua Campbell and Bill Frasure. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Chris's name to a Suicide Prevention Charity of the donor's choice.
