She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hladik and Anna Bodnar Hladik; her husband Stephen Cipo; and her siblings, William Hladik, John Hladik, Margaret Racin and Sharon Trehuba.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Cipo Gallagher (Peter Munden).
