She is survived by: her husband Michael Kleba of Ernest; her children, Wanda M. Bacon of Ernest, Michael A. Kleba (Nancy) of Bullskin Township and David J. Kleba (Pamela) of Mars; and her grandchildren, Alexander M. Bacon, Camden M., Jacob D. and Logan A. Kleba.
