She is survived by: her grandchildren, Cory Campbell, Jennifer DeFoor, Richard Clark, III, Tarah Hadden, Thomas Askew, Sydney Edwards, Chelsea Clark and Forrest Clark, Jr. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
