He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Cochran and Mildred Sheneman Cochran; his former wife Patty Trott Cochran; his stepson Greg Tarbell; and his siblings, Connie Wilson, Sandy Christensen and Jim Cochran.
He is survived by: his wife Mary "Freddie" Walsh; his children, Ralph "Bill" Cochran (Wendy) of Erie and Becky Heise (Paul) of Erie; his stepchildren, Malaika Jackman (Bob) of Corry, Thad Jackman (Deb) of West Chester, Kate Jackman (Ed) of Lake City, Andrew Jackman (Tracy) of Harborcreek and Kelly Tarbell (Jesse) of Corry; his grandchildren, Amie, David, Ryan, Tony, Aleshia, Michael, Ryann, Brandon, Gavin, Max, Alex, Mackenzie, Chris, Carter, Liam, Ryleigh, Lexy and Alli; and his great grandchildren, Maliah, Cameron, Devin, Hayden and Leo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice.
